When you Add, Remove or Change profile picture on Gmail for Android phones and devices, it affects all your Google accounts in every devices and platforms. To set a new picture or remove it by using your Android device, do as follows:

Since Google Talk is no longer available, you need to do as follows to update your Google account profile picture:
1. Open Hangouts on your Android device.
2. Tap the 3line icon on the top left and then tap the Settings option.
3. Touch the account you'd like to change the profile photo.
4. Tap the Profile Photo option and then select the Take Photo or Choose Photo.

5. Your new Google profile picture is ready and is used in the entire Google services.
